Machine Multifunction Bridge
Automated nailing, clamping, screwing, gluing, marking, labelling, sawing, milling and drilling of wall, ceiling and roof components made of framework, planks, slats, insulation and other building materials.
Machine Multifunction Bridge
While traditionally multifunction bridges were primarily used in the prefab sector, they can now be found in many medium-sized and large wood construction companies. Complete wall, ceiling and roof components made of framework, insulation, plasterboard, OSB, soft wood fibre boards, cladding boards, plaster, sandwich panels, solid wood, CLT and many other materials are produced in highly automated processes.
Our module cadwork Machine Multifunction Bridge automatically analyses your single- or multi-part wall, ceiling or roof elements. For each layer processes such as stacking, saw cuts, drilling, milling, nailing and screwing are recognised dependent on the material and machine type and exported to your machine. The module will generate a control drawing giving a clear, colour-coded overview of all processes.
cadwork Machine Multifunction Bridge also allows for the output of several shorter walls combined into a multi-wall.
