OptiPanel
OptiPanel is Cadwork’s powerful panel optimisation tool.
Based on the measurements of raw parts you have in stock, panels from your 3D design are optimised within the raw part. As a result you minimise waste and significantly reduce costs.

You can adjust the level of permissions depending on your requirements and material, for example whether or not panels may be rotated or reversed, or if building components may be placed in openings.
Within cadwork 3D OptiPanel can be used supplementary to its internal nesting module by transferring components activated in 3D to the optimisation tool.
Building components are transmitted to OptiPanel via BTL format. Raw parts can be set up in OptiPanel and managed via a store with all data saved in the user profile. Hence, they only need to be set up once and are then available to all users of the same user profile for future projects.
Closing the programme will transfer the result of the calculation to cadwork 3D, where it may be edited further and taken into account for the output of lists, drawings and machine data.
In addition, you have the option of exporting results directly from cadwork OptiPanel in pdf format.
